Kasoco activism was present at 2009 World Economic Forum in Davos Switzerland. James Chiyembekezo Chatepa, a Kasoco activist in the community sports programme, was among the 6 young people who took part in the Global ChangeMakers programme promoted by the British Council. James took to the world stage the message of youth empowerment in addressing their day-to-day problems. He was part of a panel that on 29th January 2008 discussed the subject of Shaping the Post-Crisis World: Views from the Next Generation. James had a hectic week in which he carried out advocacy activities in favour of the poor and underprivileged young people of the world.
